By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions, without prior notice to you, by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page on each visit to your website, read these terms and conditions and ensure you understand them before making a purchase.

Payment
Payments are processed via our website using Stripe and PayPal, a secure online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted, and you do not need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation.
Order amendment and cancellation
If you wish to amend or cancel an order you have placed, you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. If they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us unused and in the same condition and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.
Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply.
Delivery
All our products are carefully wrapped in robust packaging to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. If any items arrive damaged please let us know within 48 hours so that we can resolve it efficiently.
If you are sending items as gifts, please enter recipients name and address in the delivery section at the point of checkout. Orders placed using standard delivery are usually dispatched within two working days of payment, although this may be extended to five working days in busy periods. Orders with Next day delivery will be posted the same day (Monday-Thursday) orders must be placed before 2pm to arrive the next working day (Monday-Thursday)
UK Deliveries
UK Postage is charged at a flat rate of £2.95 for Standard delivery and £6.95 for Next day delivery. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and proof of postage will be retained. For larger orders, a signature may be required. If the package is not signed for, it will be returned to your local depot for collection.
Returns Policy
If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We would request that photos of the damage be sent to us in order that a claim can be raised with the courier.
You have the right to return your unused goods within seven days of receipt for a full refund if item is returned in its original condition. Please send all returns in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.
Please allow up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.

Prices for items are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue any part of the service that we offer, or any part of content thereof, without any notice to you.

Safety and Usage Information
To ensure you always get the maximum enjoyment from your Snap Wax Melt wax melt bars whilst maintaining safety please follow these user instructions.
Our recommendation is that our wax melts should only be used in a suitable wax melt warmer placed on a heat resistant surface. Check the warmers ‘Manufacturer’s Recommendation’ and follow safety and usage instructions. Oil burners are often purchased as wax melt burners but pose significant fire risks, as well as causing your wax to overheat and lose its scent too quickly.
To use, simply SNAP 1-3 segments of WAX – depending on the size of your burner and switch on your burner or light the tea light and MELT.
Be careful not to over fill to avoid spillages. The average burner takes 2-3 segments of a Snap Wax Melt bar. The wax melt will gently release its scent for up to fifteen hours.
Melt, Remove, Repeat!
To remove the used Snap Wax Melt wax melt from the wax warmer dish, wait until the warmer cools down and the wax melt solidifies then gently place pressure on one side of the wax to release and slide out. Do not use metal or sharp objects to clean out wax as this may crack or damage the burner or cause injury.
Only clean your burner with non-flammable materials and ensure it is thoroughly dry before use.
Never leave a wax warmer unattended.
Keep your burner clean and check for cracks before each use.
Do not move your wax warmer while it is molten.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Store your Snap Wax Melt bars in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
